Applications within the scope of our vacancies
The non-profit Kreativ Campus Potsdam GmbH collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process and the associated establishment of an employment relationship (pursuant to § 26 BDSG). The processing can take place by post and electronically. If your application documents are sent to us electronically, for example by e-mail, then they will be transmitted exclusively to the controller.
If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted 6 weeks after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller oppose deletion, or we agree with the applicant on longer storage, e.g. for future job postings. Another legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
 
Statistical data
When visiting our website, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This is done primarily with cookies and with so-called analysis programs. 6. Will data be transferred to a third country?
Data is not transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA (so-called third countries).
 
7. How long will my data be stored?
We process and store your personal data as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations. If the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, it is regularly deleted, unless its - temporary - further processing is required for the fulfillment of commercial and tax retention periods, such as the German Commercial Code and the German Fiscal Code.
